Yes, Richmond's SW scene is no longer what it used to be. There are a few gems here and there but nowhere near it was when I first started mongering there back in 04 once I returned from my assignment overseas and would visit my family down in Richmond once a month. JD and Chamberlayne had endless amounts of skanks to bang out. Around 2008 it started taking a turn for the worse due to heavy LE presence courtesy of the new Police Chief at the time.
