Whiskeysours, one more thing you are probably aware of, but I'll mention it as answer #2 to your question, is Cypress Cove, a naturist (nudist) resort south of town on Pleasant Hill Road. It's been there for years, about as long as Paradise Lakes has been north of Tampa in Lutz, and is a great place to meet and greet. The Cypress Cove experience is more social than sexual. The shedding of inhibitions along with clothing. You're going to have to "bring your own sand to this beach," sexually speaking.

Whiskey, this is a bit different than what you asked for, but there is a place for coed B&D where I've seen parties well into the night on Fridays and Saturdays that you might enjoy. I haven't been there myself, so I can't give you detailed information. Here is their website.
