Maybe another way of looking at it is that she quotes the higher price for GFE and, if no kissing, then the lower price.

At the end of the day, her success or failure will be determined by the market. And she controls her plan and performance so it is really up to her.

For some guys, kissing is part of the package. Part of the entire experience. Can I understand a woman wouldn't be enthused about passionately kissing a stranger? Of course. You must be really happy when you go to a car lot and they charge extra for navigation. It's a business I think they can do whatever they want. GFE is a mindset, true GFE would probably entail not kissing because if she was your girlfriend you'd probably be sick of her. Everyone has their own likes and dislikes, for a provider to automatically include everything at a set rate would never make much sense.
