Its a big numbers game to get a quality SB. Do a minimum of one or possibly 2 M and G a week if you can. My observation:

1) Cities have lot more choices and easy to find SB.

2) More flexibility and easy to find first timers or one timers too.

3) Small cities don't have too many choices and too much communication.
