I don't pay more the $$ for the hr. If they want more I just say no thanks and leave or hang up. I would never try to barter with them and would never see them if they try to barter with me. If they are asking $$$ and I say no and hang up or leave and they come back with $$ or some other number. I am still out because it means they will provide less then $$$ service.
