Went out to the Conkling / PP area and it was dead. Was ready to leave when I spotted a little brunette spinner on Conkling near McD's. Said her name was KayKay. Made the scoop and said she knew a place to go so off we went. Got to her place that she told me was an abandoned townhouse. Walked into a drug house, with people laying around trippin on the H. OMG! Anyway, we went upstairs to a bedroom and locked the door.

We all know there are drug dealers, gangsters, thugs, wannabes, etc on the loops around the nation, as well as the ladies. We have heard that there were recent robberies, set ups, muggings, etc.

I was driving further in the city on West Baltimore, driving to the East, into the city. Somewhere around West Baltimore, Fayette, and Lombard, into the city a little bit, passed or around Camden Yards, there were groups of black youth pointing low at my car almost as a kind of distraction method, trying to flag me down. This was suspicious and I didn't stop, although I gave them my attention. When they saw they had my attention, they began to yell and try to convince me to stop, as if something important was happening (tire, lights, fender, some kind of car issue).

They way they were pointing, it was almost as if they knew they weren't pointing at anything, but kept pointing harder and harder at nothing to try and push an issue, to get me to stop. As I said, this was strange, then, it happened again one or two blocks down. After one of them (there were 2 or three) pointed at me to try and stop me, put his hand in the air almost as if to signal a nearby accomplice, and right down the street two more "kids" did the same exact thing.

I drove 3-4 blocks down and got out and saw nothing wrong in a check.

I'm prepared to defend myself if I have to, but I don't want any of these kids dying unnecessarily. If they risk someone's life to get what they want, they may find themselves on the other end of the barrel.

Be safe. Trust no one.

LOL. The pointing you are talking about is called hacking. They were trying to get a ride. People that give rides but are not a legitimate taxi service are called hacks.

Suspicious looking woman walking on the street that is up from the Citgo. She briefly chatted with a guy in a parked SUV and then kept walking while the SUV stayed parked. Smells like LE to me.

I came on board to warn about this very situation. She is highly solicitous. Beckoning with her finger, cupping her hand around her mouth and speaking to you, and stepping into street. I could imagine a cogent legal defense against this girl snagging anyone that they thought she was in distress. I slowed down and partially lowered my window while she came up to the side of my car. She said "how come you don't pick me up no more?" Mind you, I've never picked her up. As I drove off it occurred to me, what a clever disarming thing to say: you may be deceived for a moment that you HAD picked her (and that she is a safe bet), or think that she has entered so many monger rigs that she has you confused with one of her many other dates. I'm stearing clear of Graceland, Bethlehem and Ogden for a spell. And Citgo!

This is very helpful and reminds everyone of the tactics these fuckers employ. To add to the paranoia, it wouldn't surprise me one bit if the thugs employed by the city police weren't encouraging this kind of behavior in an effort to teach us mongers a lesson. I know many share the sentiment that most balto city police are nothing more than criminals with badges.

Came through conkling and got stuck at the light at BP. I hear a yell, and look over and its Jessica. I scooped her up once and never did a report on her because she just didn't fit all that I typically like. She was nice enough, and talkative, but she did give some mean mic work with no mess to clean up.
