I've seen her twice, first time in April in Harrisburg, PA which at the time was above average for a BP advertiser. What you just described could very well happen. Frankly, if they answer the phone, then they're open for business. If the provider has a life outside the business and uses her personal phone for business, she has no right to give you shit for calling her. After all, she could simply let the call go to voice mail. I don't know about you, but if I ever had a provider refer to me as a pervert it would be the last time she'd ever hear from me. There are plenty of good providers in the area where Jezzy works, you don't have to put up with a provider calling you names and possibly blacklisting you for calling at a time that's not during her unpublished hours.
