Miss New York. I'm just becoming mare wary as the laws are changing and posting pics of individuals without their consent is beginning to be codified in many states. While you are getting consent, I assume it is verbal consent. If it isn't written consent, what's to stop a girl from saying she didn't give you consent and suing you?
