Ok guys here's the deal. Just like in Cincy, NY, and Jackson, I'm giving you guys that just can't stop fighting a place to do it. ALL arguments come here. ALL of them! That means that NONE of them are on the review threads, not one, not any calling outs, no RTFF, nothing but REVIEWS, or conversation. Believe it or not, some guys just come here to read about pussy and they constantly have to scroll past the fighting.

This is how the rules are relaxed, there are no argumentative nor antagonistic infractions on this thread. You can't directly threaten anybody, you can't reveal personal info, you can't talk about arrests, you can't use racially or ethnically derogatory language, and as always no post about people under 18.

Ledger is not bullying anybody. As DH correctly noted for most of us Ledger is our daily comedy relief, largely because most of her attacks are so lame (like really lame!) In fact its lameness and the hysteric nature of her statements that makes me so sure that it's a girl. And she gets so much more then she gives that I even begin to admire her resilience.

Anyway I suspect that the appearance of the person that she calls with all those names in reality is far from her descriptions. And even if it isn't, she never seen his photos so he can't possibly take it personally. The staff she uses to insult people are bunch of cliches that could be used by anybody against anybody, especially anybody anonymous. It's not the same as having some young chic complaining that her boy-friend damped her and bunch of nitwits going after her, saying that she deserved it because she is ugly and stupid. We're all adults here, I hope. Well, most of us anyway LOL.

He's the biggest bully on the forum. I'm really concerned that one of the members that he is constantly harassing my harm themselves.

I can speak for my self and say have no concern for my health or mental well being. I think there is a difference between cyberbullying and what's going on here with, let's say, Ledger. When people gang up on one person, just by the way this person responds you cans safely evaluate whether he or she (and I'm pretty sure Ledger is a "she") are enjoying the proceedings or not. For example by the Ledger responds I have little doubt that it enjoys all the commotion mightily and as such keeps coming back for more and to dish out some more as well. You can't call such a thing cyberbullying. I think you'd know when somebody is actually being bullied and it's getting nasty just by the way this person responds.

I intend to hold responsible the parties responsible for these criminal acts which include the bullying and harrassment. Because of my age and health condition the court can take this into consideration if you are convicted of this crime. I will actively pursue through the courts each and everyone of you. Please discontinue your cyberbullying and harrassment.

Is there any case for cyberbullying on an anonymous sex forum in a designated fight thread called, I don't know, lets say "The Massholes" with an oft repeated disclaimer that this thread is exempt from the standards of civility upheld on the rest of the forum? I mean, I am NOT Admin2, nor am I his evil twin A2. I, the person am pretty different from the character I play at work. (We both have cocks so don't start any shit) So calling me a cocksucker on a fight thread like this doesn't bother me, because it's not me. You're not calling ME a cocksucker, you're calling the asshole A2 a cocksucker, I am not him.

I know this is pretty deep for a sex forum but I come to you guys with the big questions because with the exception of a few douchebags, I think this is probably one of the better educated forums on the guide.

It is an interesting view point. I certainly don't consider this forum to be anything like FB and therefore members are far more removed from each other as real people. I am sure there are attorneys out there that would argue to the contrary. For now I am choosing to view Massholes as far less serious.
