I totally understand the need for this forum. I don't tend to get bogged down in the political positions or drama the way a lot of people feel the need to. I do think it could be very interesting. Let me also add the issue with texts. Nothing worse than being asked to text, so you do, even when I, like C3, have a 5 dollar bat phone with no keyboard. You start the text conversation, and a few texts later, out of the blue, nothing. Three days later she texts back, some lame excuse the phone was not charged or other bs.

There was a time when I did not give a damn about texts, and the likes, but nowadays it is a mainstream form of communication, one that the provider requested in the first place. I may not give much weight to not getting a reply on my first attempt, or if a reply is reasonably late (not three days), or if there is a real, and present reason for no reply (I. E. Visits to uncle). But there is a limit, and it can be as bad as being stood up given the right mix of circumstances.

As an example, today I had some exchanges with a well known forum advertiser. I make my arrangements, and poof! Texts stop. I do not beg, or plea, ever! So I sent her another text checking if she got the last. Silence. The next was saying bye as this was the second time she pulled this on me.

I guess we can sum it all up with the old saying "No ticket, no laundry" Just change the words to the ones we know very well, and voila.

Guys just understand that sometimes things do come up. Us girls have families, kids, babysitter issues, car accidents, significant others, aunt flo showing up unexpectedly, etc too. I always give everyone one chance if they have to cancel. Just seems fair. If this biz isn't a "friendly" one then why are either of us doing this? I like to think of my gentlemen as friends and treat them accordingly.

LOL you guys have no idea. I live in a country where being an hour late is considered to be right on time. What I do is tell all the chicks I have continuing relationships with is it's always ok to be late (they are GOING to be late) or cancel just send me a message.

What Sexifun is talking about is when you have a history. If I've seen a chick ten times and she's always been reliable and something comes up I'm quicker to forgive that then if it happens the first time with no notice. Shit like that goes DIRECTLY to my no fly list.
