What would be the point in stealing a check. One can always contact the bank and do a stop payment on the check number. Not very smart.

Unfortunately it doesn't work that way in the real world. The thief or scammer takes the check to a check cashing business, pays a high fee and walks out with the money. My buddy got scammed by a crooked home improvement guy, called the bank and stopped payment. The crook immediately went to Southwest liquors at Washington and Patapsco and cashed the $1500 check. My friend thought he was safe until Southwest liquor's lawyer hauled him into court. The judge said there is a law to protect merchants called "holder in due course"Long story short my friend made a police report, the thief lived out of state, so he was out $1500. Live and learn.

Was out in BP area around 2100 didn't find much lots of LE. It seems to be getting worse. Saw Frankie walking down Patapsco but she was with a group so didn't bother. Swooped by Pontiac but wasn't much. As I was heading down I see a WSW dressed in pink. She was slim akups around 5' 5" with long dark blond hair. Swung by to pick her up. Says her name is Jessica did the check and off we go. She is fairly new to the area. She used to live on Harford but recently moved to BP. Settle for a BBBJ for standar tuition. She knows how to work the mic and pays attention to the boys. Takes the nut like a champ and swallows like a good girl. If you see her give her a try. Didn't have a working phone unfortunately.

Hi All. New member here and writing my first report. (Not new to the hobby). So I went out hunting around Essex / BRN Rd area and not much around, however I did spot a potential SW on S. Marlyn. She was black, about 5'4, bangin body, pretty face, long blk hair. Not sure if she was a SW or a civie. If anyone knows if she's a SW please let me know. Anyway, not many out (maybe its too hot), so I headed to Dundalk Ave.

Drove up and down a few times and not seeing much so I was about to give up. Then a really tall (5'10/11) redhead caught my eye. Drove past he a few times as she walked up the street, then decided to stop. She hopped in and was good to go. Name was Rosa. Very pretty girl, very nice, good convo, and easy going. She's like don't worry about it. He's mine, whenever he stops somebody with any kind of drugs he just "confiscates" it and never turns it in. Then he calls me up, we arrange a meet and when he's off duty he gets anything he wants for free. So to sum it up: cop trading stolen drugs to a SW for free pussy. That's only one thing of many that have happened. Up here, just about every SW has a cop "friend" that helps her out with either drugs or protection from getting busted and she helps him with free service!

Cops get the best weed and drugs for free and then work them back into the local economy. They are the real job creators- hand, blow, rim, you name it.

All this talk about the Po-Po. I've been a Balto person all my life. The police here say what they want, do what they want, and get away with it. I was talking to a county sheriff the other day and he said "Balto City cops are the closest thing to a real criminals you'll ever see with a badge". Every time I have trouble with a city cop they lie, get their "brothers" to back them up and away to the gray bars! I'd rather deal with a geeked out, threatening, won't get out of my vehicle, SW ANY day than a city cop. The only defense I can figure out is to stay away from them, or maybe get a car camera with voice recording and hope they don't steal it. Talk with people who live in the 'hood and they will tell you the same thing!!

My guess is that with the new casino opening up soon they want to really throttle back W / W as it is only 5 minutes away from their new money maker. Even so Friday afternoon when I did a cruise thru W / W their were a good number of ladies seeking employment. Was short on money, gas, time so had to keep rolling.

In 20 years of mongering I got myself in 3 situations where I had to step out to the car, and 3 situations when I had to listen to a lecture.

Situation 1, Observed through window pants down, condom on crown. I was let go, but the SW arrested. Told charges will be brought against me if I do not testify if requested. On the way back, I was stopped again for making an illegal you-turn to pick up another SW. Cop got a call and left, no ticket. Banged wife instead.

Situation 2, SW just entered the car. Angry cop, our stories matched, both let go after cop tried 20 ways, got parking ticket, and had to show up in court to pay it!! Cops revenge. I came back in a different vehicle and picked up a different SW.

Situation 3, Talking to SW through window in front of ULE. ULE super angry, both of us arrested. No charges filed. Took all night to be booked and released. I picked upi my vehicle after walking 4 miles, went back to Central Bookings, and picked up a non-pro who was just released.

Your situation 3 finale. You picked up a non-pro that was just released. Man that mustve felt good at the time after what you been thru. This goes to show that stuff / shit happens. We just got to be more observant and smarter.

These four busts happened in a period of forty yrs. Below is my explanations:

Three of the four busts came from negotiating through the window (DC, CA,NJ). The other I walked up to and had a conversation with the girl. She initiated the BJ and prices. I agreed. We started walking and I changed my mind. Left her standing there and returned to my car. Was going to hightail out of there but was surrounded by popo.

My near miss occurred when I went to a gal's spot for a BJ. During the BJ a dude walks by and proceeds to sit on steps across the street on a corner. Still a good block away. He looked like he was talking on cell phone or something. It looked fishy to me so I wanted to stop and move to another area. Next thing I know he is chasing me as I am driving out of there. He is literally running on foot chasing my car. Turned the corner and hightailed out of there. Let her off at next convenient spot and called it a day.

My purpose for posting this is to help the next monger out there to avoid the miscues I made. Reminder this is pre-usasexguide. If I were to rewind and have usasexguide as a tool from my start of mongerism I don't get busted those four times. Especially the negotiations through the windows.

Fellas after a session with a regular as I was dropping her off. I saw a girl in a pink blouse with faded jeans with blonde hair. My regular told me that the girl in the pink blouse was named care bear and was known to be a big pick pocket girl. Also she told me that care bear stole a check from a mongers in his car between $2000 to $3000. Has any of you heard this and or know the scope on this care bear person as to if they are real or not.

I mean Jeeze, I always keep my eyes open and while taking care of Business and I have only been almost caught once, when the popo cam into the parking lot shining a Hi-beam flood light into each parked car, but I saw it before they got to me and pulled my pants up and got the hell out of there.

I mean just explain what]s happening that you are getting busted so much. So we all can learn from this.

Same exact thing I was thinking. In the almost 30 years I've been mongering, I have never been arrested for this. I have had a few close encounters but always learned from them. Stay safe out there my fellow mongers.
