An acquaintance is LE with many years experience. He once told me that no one has ever talked him out of a ticket or arrest. He was quick to tell me that opening your mouth is the worst thing you can do. He also said that his comrades hassle the the holy hell out of people who refuse to talk to them when they ask questions. The basic thing is that if they are going to arrest you, there's nothing you can do and talking will only make things worse. Like the guy in the video says "They tell you anything you say will be used against you. " He then goes on to say that nothing you say can help you but only hurt you. That may not be the most calming advice for a street encounter with LE but remember that they do this a lot of times in a day and you do this only a few times, if you are unlucky, in your life.

They will take whatever you say and twist it to their advantage.

It will piss cops off but the best thing is to do is politely ask "Did I commit a violation?" "Am I getting a ticket?" "Am I free to go?

Don't confront or challenge cops as they know what they are doing but be polite and respectful and don't say anything that will be used against you.

I saw a cop lie through his teeth in court once. He just gambled that the judge would believe him even though his lies directly contradicted his own police report. In the end had the defendant talked at the scene, things could have been much worse. Since the cops had no evidence, the arrest and night in the pokey was the big punishment and at trial it all went away with a good lawyer.

The biggest chance is that you won't talk your way out of anything at the scene. It may be a huge hassle but shutting up, getting a lawyer and letting the lawyer challenge everything at trial is the best way to keep your record clean. Cops are not kindergarten teachers. They do forgive you for telling the truth. If they are asking you stuff, they either don't know it or are trying to get you to say something incriminating.

You may consider checking out the ACLU's Bust Card for good advice.

Never consent to a search when an officer asks to search your vehicle. Respond with, "Officer I know you are doing your job but I don't consent to searches. ".

If you allow a search and LEO finds anything then you are SOL as your consent makes the search legal and you liable for anything they find in your vehicle. If you don't consent to the search and LEO finds something then your lawyer may be able to get it suppressed as discovered from an illegal search.

BTW, you never know what you, some lady, your kids or anybody else might have abandoned or lost in your vehicle. Just because you don't have any bad habits doesn't mean that you will not be taking the fall for some little baggie abandoned or lost in your vehicle.

Like it says in the notice "We have opened a new site called the USA Adult Classifieds and will be moving all classified advertising here: USA Adult Classifieds" nothing more.

We are moving all the classified ads to a new site under a separate company. Once there is no advertising on the Forum (except banners) then it's a discussion board and nothing more (think 1st amendment protections). We will build functionality between the sites to make it a little easier to communicate between them, right now if you want to send a PM you have to copy the chicks name (their forum handles are right there at the top of their ads, and then come here and send the PM. We want to make it so you can just do it from there.

Over the next week or so we will be closing all of the threads marked "Escort Classified Ads - Posted by Escorts - No Reviews or Commentary" and adding threads marked "USA Adult Classifieds; Advertiser Reports, where you can review chicks that advertise on the new site. Soon there will be a link on each ad that will say "Read my reviews on the USASG" but we have to figure out exactly how we will do that. (You can't believe how many fucking Tiffanys there are)

When a new advertiser registers at the new site it will also create an account for them here.

Once we have a majority of city's set up for it we will add a link (and probably a permanent banner) here, to help you get there.

It's a little more difficult but you guys read the news. It's something we had to do to safeguard the forum, and eventually we want to charge about half what BP charges for an ad. We like money as much as anybody.

Its been a while but I drove down Patapsaco and all through Brooklyn and didn't find shit, it was a rough day and the lack of fish in the sea didn't help any. I guess it doesn't help that I don't know what I'm doing either LOL I've been reading this forum a lot though and all you guys are really helpful and I've been successful myself maybe 2 out of 6 mongering attempts, any tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated (stay safe check your mirrors).

If the cop stops you with a SW only him you were just giving a her and ride and stick to that. Do not say anything more. It is perfectly legal for you to give a girl a ride regardless of whether is a working or not. There is case law to support this. If the cops try to push it then tell him you have nothing more to say.
