This is to provide you with an update on the APEX Adult theater in Fells Point and a better description of DANIELLE.

1. The APEX closed it's doors several months ago. I drove past it yesterday to see that the marque has been removed and al other indication it was once a porn theater. On the side of the building was a sign saying it was for rent. The owners tried to get approval after they bought it to turn the theater into a strip club but failed due to community pressure. It's unlikely it will ever become a porn theater again. I suspect at some point it will be torn down and used for some other commercial endeavor.
