The last few days on BHA have been very spotty from last week.

I tend to come to agreement on costs & services, & part & of the terms is payment after service is complete.

Moslty it works, but it can be tuff especially with someone new.

It doesn't always ensure good service, but I feel it's something always on the providers mind that they have to at least provide adequate service to get paid.

I do always pay even if service is piss poor, but I never pick them up again, we've all got beat, prehaps it was just your turn.
