This is the UTR Dayton girl you're going to want to keep for yourself. If it wasn't for her desire / need for additional clients I would do just that: keep her for myself. But as I cannot afford to become her one and only SD, I am at least going to help her by only referring her to my most confident and reliable fellow seniors on this board who have helped me well to-date. Why?
