Higher percentage of where I have seen her was Wash Blvd beyond Desoto. Towards the Hess station and food store at Pop and Wash Blvd. While I am not from Baltimore I am bad at the street names. You make the right on Popasco at Wash and approx. 2 miles or less is where some others may hang out. Her friend BTW was a WSW fat and weathered severely like a homeless. Usually I have found that most of the girls out there won't want her operating because, it is really. And especially now. Bad for business!

Stop the car. Grab their left arm just below the elbow with your right hand. Squeeze hard while turning in and pushing the arm towards her right shoulder forcefully. With your left hand, either strike her hard in the throat if she is attacking you or reach and open the door and shove her out. If she has a weapon; grab the hand with the weapon and bend the hand towards the wrist, opening the hand and then grab her weapon. Be quick and forceful. CB.
