If there is one thing I have learned in my years of mongering Camp gals, it's to get it while you can because as the old saying goes. All good things do come to an end. And some times much sooner than you think. I just lost a Lilly today. WTF? Things were going great and now she shuts me off because she feels bad because of her BF. Personally I never pay more than $200 all in for any KAMP gal. Why would you? There are escorts who charge $250. That said, agree with others if you want better rates you need to go at off peak times. And you need to bring your own hat. If she leaves the room to get one you always need to pay a higher rate.

Drunk at 3 am. Not much chance of a discount unless you feel like negotiating.

You could always try the "I've only got 160" and show them the wallet is empty otherwise. But that might jsut get you shortcutted to hand shandy work.

Anything down in that area is going to be pricey. Haven't beenn in a while, but quality of girls has gone down from what I can remember. Attitude of the girls usually sucks too. But like any place, there are some diamonds in the rough that work there from time to time.

If you want a good price, you will have to negotiate. Weekends at night are probably going to be the priciest times. I have gotten some miracle prices at gold before. But those were on slow days / times.
