Yes, excellent points. Guys hunting downtown should be very realistic from the outset. The most prominent advantage of downtown mongering is the lower prices. However, what type of providers accept those lower prices and the unfavorable downtown working conditions? Usually those who have one or more of the following characteristics: comparatively less attractive or unattractive / drug user / alcohol abuser / psychological problems. Personally, I've enjoyed downtown mongering for years, but that's because I've been quite pragmatic about what's available.
