I imagine that the cost (given that there are so many cheaper options out there...including one right across the street now) combined with the fact that a lot of guys don't feel comfortable going into their new location, because they feel it's too "exposed". The location doesn't bother me, but the cost prevents me from going there on any kind of regular basis.

I do miss Jezelle though. May have to save up for a visit soon.
