Yep. I do feel sorry for some of them that could have done so much better than the life they have chosen, but I'm not their father, I'm not their son, I'm not their brother. Its strictly business with all but one of them, and even then its just friendly business. Most of these women don't really want to get out of it, sadly. Unless you're up for a 90-mile round trip, you'll do better to look for connections in DC and Montgomery County.
