Adding the join date would be helpful in deciphering validity of someones posts rather than only going by post numbers, but that would create alot on Admin. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mj3ka-tzdew for one thing, with the stings in the video, the cops go through a lot of trouble setting them up in order to arrest a guy who's simply trying to get laid. i don't know if it's this video or somewhere else i read, where mongers are told something along the lines of "what you are doing is wrong. why can't you meet a woman the normal way. ask them out and take them on a date" lol. what right does anyone have to tell a guy how he ought to meet women? geeze. another thing i noticed in the video is that they use, what was it, four cops? to arrest one guy, again, for simply trying to get laid. do they need four cops to arrest one guy? really? what an easy job that is! it certainly doesn't look dangerous. and the one cop on the far right, am i seeing this correctly? he's pointing a gun at each guy that's being arrested? i haven't seen any mongers in the video with weapons on them. do any of these guys pose a threat to the cops? i also wonder if all four of the cops meet women the so called "normal way" i didn't know there was only one normal way to meet women. i'd also like to ask le and members of all of the abolitionist groups who claim that all sex worker's are victims and all are being trafficked, even those where no force is involved. and if they are considered victims, why arrest them in the first place? also, and i really love (sarcasm) this reasoning used to keep sex work criminalized. prostitution leads to drug use and other crimes. lol. yes, there are lots of escorts who have substance abuse issues, but i highly doubt escorting is the cause. most of them were probably drug addicts in the first place and chose prostitution, because it's an easy way to make lots of money to support their habits. it's all about making an act a crime based on morality. definitely arrest the traffickers, anyone who forces women or lures **** girls into prostitution. but why arrest all the consenting adults and call it human trafficking too? it makes no sense to me. it kind of reminds me of some of the same reasons the govt. uses in some states to keep the use of marijuana a crime. it's a gateway drug and it leads to harder drug use and other crimes. considering that marijuana is decriminalized in most if not all states by now (i think you can use it for certain medical conditions, but are fined if smoked for pleasure) and legal in washington state and colorado i guess that rational was wrong. and if prostitution is a horrific crime supposedly leading to substance abuse and other crimes has anyone ever thought of checking out what prostitution is like in the nevada desert? are any of these sex workers drug abusers? is prostitution leading to other crimes there? why isn't prostitution in nevada called human trafficking too? and also if prostitution is considered such a serious crime elsewhere why is it legal in nevada in the first place?

You know HaH anyone of those guys that wants to get with the program would be more than welcomed to come back. I'm always very thankful for the guys that are involved with the board that report posts at the beginning of a new douchebags career so I can squash them.

What happened down in RI was some douche showed up and EVERYBODY engaged him. By the time I showed up to look at it, the fucking place was a free fire zone. I had to shut everything down. Then when I gave them a place where they could post what they wanted they still kept bitching. I tried to work with them for MONTHS and all they did was complain, I finally just got sick of it and did what Jax suggested.

I didn't mind losing the sale. Actually he never had to see me again and pay me. I was going to see him for free and that would have been that. Yes I fucked up big time. I just wish he had accepted my apology the first time. He didn't even need to accept the free session, but he continued to berate me. But you do have a point. I fucked up and I shouldn't have. I don't know why the heck I didn't send the pics right away. I guess this business is a bit overwhelming with the volume calls I get and I could use an assistant. Otherwise I'll just have to remember to write everything down and do everything right away.

The most difficult part of this service is that some guys don't follow through and stand me up. Thank god it hasn't been happening lately. Then I have to juggle and try to fill that spot. What I do is have a running list. I ask the guys who want the same spot if I can call them back if the first guy blows me off. The volume is intense. If you guys want to know why escorts don't answer their phones they are either on the other line or in the middle of a session. And if you want to know why they can get away with giving bad service and still stay in business, now you know. Business just doesn't dry up no matter what! The only time I didn't do well was in Atlantic City. A lot of the guys are drunk and extremely undependable. So since there are so many guys out there seeking services these crappy escorts have the luxury act like brats and treat you badly. I'd never do that, because I would't feel good about myself. For the life of me, I can't understand why people are cruel to others just because they have the opportunity and can do so.

I do hate when guys get pissed off at me for whatever reason and raise their voices. It's hard not to take it personally. Funny thing is when I worked with chronically mentally ill adults just getting out of the hospital that was more intense. It was downright dangerous sometime. I had someone come after me with a baseball bat, and another try to hit me over the head with a cast iron skillet. I can handle the mentally ill yelling at me, calling me names and attempting to assault me, because I know they have a mental illness. But when it comes from people who are supposed to be normal and they berate me, it's hard to let it slide.

I hate to say no to anyone who wants to see me and I could work around the clock if I wanted to, but I don't. I even get phone calls in the middle of the night, like 3 am. So I just turn my phone off. I guess I just wanted him to say "I accept your apology. I understand you get a lot of calls, but I don't want to take a chance with you again, even for free, because you made a mistake and left me hanging" but he continued to berate me. Ugg. Oh well. It's a real challenge to be that organized, but I'll try harder to be and if I flub up again and someone is that pissed off at me I'll just try to let it go. I have the conflict management skills at my disposal, but sometimes I forget to use them when I'm pissed. When some of the guys are angry at me it's like if your significant other was yelling and nagging you about a mistake you made and nothing you say or do can calm her down. She just continues on with the berating. That's so hard not to take personally. It gets me fuming.

If I get weary of the volume of calls I'll have to hire an assistant. That'll be quite the chore to find someone good. It's a challenge to even find a decent housekeeper. And I've paid quite a bit for shoddy services and we're still in the midst of a recession! The one I just hired is awesome! But if he moves on for some reason or gets too comfortable and starts doing a lousy job I'll ask you guys if you know anyone thorough and dependable. And no worries, they don't have to do windows.

You sell and you provide the service you sell. You seem to have your shit together better than a lot of SP's, for sure. All that said, there is something you need to learn about the sales part of your business. Are you ready? What I am about to share salesmen pay thousands to hear. So, this is a vital part of selling. Here it is. A pearl of wisdom that you should live by. So:

There is nothing wrong with losing a sale but there is everything wrong with not knowing why you lost the sale.

That's it. Words to live by. Words that will help you sleep at night. So, this guy was an asshole, but that is not why you lost the sale. This guy was unreasonable but that is not why you lost the sale. No, you lost the sale because he had an expectation of service and you disappointed him. Period. Plain and simple. Nice try for a save by apologizing and offering the discount but, frankly, at that point it didn't matter because you had already lost the sale and he had already made a decision to go a different direction. Truth is, there is nothing wrong in all of that. I think you are a fine lady and genuinely try to offer a great service at a reasonable price. But you suck at the sales part because you take it too personally. That is not a bad trait, but it is something you need to know about yourself and get past it.

In this guy's defense two days had past and I guarantee he went somewhere else. He hadn't thought about you since you didn't send the pics so when you finally sent the pics he had probably already made a date with another SP and enjoyed the fuck. Now, I am a bit surprised he didn't take the free offer. Damn. That is self control on his part. What guy would pass up a free fuck? Oh, well, his choice at that point.

I had a SP that I called in a Southern city about a month ago that when I asked what was on the menu she led with, "I normally get 200 but can do it for 150 for one pop and if you want two pops that is 180." And then she mumbled some more. Awful sales technique, for sure. But most SP's are have awful sales technique. And if they are tweakers it goes down hill even more.

So, you fucked up and lost the sale. It is that simple. You committed to something and did not deliver. Get over it. If you want to make sales then don't fuck up. Come up with some way that reminds you to follow through on the things you commit to do for your clients and potential clients. Some people make lists. Some people follow their Daytimer rules. But most sales people fuck up and forget and loose sales and then don't learn the lessons.
