$160 - $200 better include FS. At that point it doesn't matter what you call it -part of quoted fee up front or tip after.

I feel similar to Rito, anything north of 100 gets into no tip zone for a clothed or topless massage with HJ. If she's nude or BJ, closer to 150 before I assume tip is included.

With 80 I would tip but 100 and over it should be included unless she is going above & beyond.

I would tip if good massage, one rate, if I left happy a higher tip if I left extremely happy another rate. Does not matter if she is the owner, more power to her.
