John in Va: That is correct. BPD and MPD have vehicles equipped with Tag readers. They will send notices to vehicle addresses if your spotted in a high drug or prostitution area. The tag reader keeps track of the number of times a vehicles passes thru the same streetwithin a allotted period of time.

So what happens if you live in that area or have to pass through to go to work daily. Will these people constantly get notices in the mail. I would like to get a link to read the news article about this one, as this smells a little like a "Urban Myth" in its early creation.

They just might be using the tag readers to look for cars with a lot of parking summons so they can boot or tow them. I'm no constitutional lawyer, but damn there must be something unconstitutional about collecting your information and being presumptions like this and sending out notices even before a conviction in a court of law.

I went and scooped up this young 20 year little thing yesterday in Glen burnie, she was alittle high far as a donation but HEY you only live once and with the way things have been with the LE / ULE all over I wasn't taking any chance's, I'm always game for NEW and FRESH meat, We went back to my spot got to know each other and she went to town, She REALLY gave me a GFE took care of the boys nice BBBJ and ended it with mish god it felt so good clean shaven smelled good and would have to say I would see her again but I'm going to have to work on her donation part as it was alittle high, I guess she thought she could charge escort rate's cause she was young and NOT into drugs but to find out she has a kid to take care of and was a single parent. I have heard that Baltimore is now using vehicles with the tag readers mounted on the trunks to send cards to registered vehicle addresses if you are spotted in a high drug or prostitution area more than a few times. Apparently DC is talking about doing this also. I was in Baltimore last Saturday night, Sunday morning and did see an unusual number of pd cars with tag readers especially a few cars that were not normal pd cars with tag readers on them. Can anyone confirm? If this was discussed previous please forgive me I have been out of the loop for a while.

I talked to Ranee this morning and indeed they are cousins. Ranee said the last time she saw her was in October and she was doinng soooo good, that's in her words. But she hasn't seen her since then. After Nikki stood me up yesterday, I decided to go look for Nicole. Didn't find her, but did see Kandii walking. Now that she got her warrants out of the way she has moved back into the WW neighborhood and is back out on the corner and going full speed. Question. Has anyone seen Shannon lately, the Shannon shown in the picture below. We used to meet up at Frederick and Caton, then use her place when her kids were not around. Its been two years, but I miss her.

The other one I am trying to find is slender tallish brunet Ashley who was recently pregnant. She hangs around the WW area, but does not hit the streets much. Ashley and I got fucking to a science.

As for the intensive LE presence, NP. Here is what I do. I park the car on Gilmore, 200 feet before the corner store which is operated the Chinese folks. I check the girls on the way in. If I like one, I offer to buy her a soda. I pick up a Mocha Starbucks Coffee bottle, and make sure I have change available for tips. If I like the girl, I offer her a ride. If I do not like her much, I could give some change in exchange for some intel. This type of encounter is very different from the standard pick up scenario.

BTW, anyone has Alicias phone number?

Did this Ashley hang around the Hanna Market on Gilmore? I use to date a tall brunette that went by the street name Angel that hung out a ways down by the tall tree next to the grey steps. This is why you got to read the damn forum. Same chick got me tonight. This is the third report of this same girl taking a monger to her spot. For you newbies and others who cannot think when your dick gets hard, you as a rule should never, ever go to a SW's spot. It does not matter how pretty she is or how convincing she is, or how pressed for time you are. There is a 50% chance or more that something will go wrong. If she does not want to go to your spot, then let her out. She either had intentions to not finish the deal by jumping out of the vehicle, or having someone roll up on you and rob you. Remember it is your money and your time and that you are in charge. It amazes me how the thought of getting a piece of ass turn mighty men into soft ass pussies.

Wow, haven't seen her in more than 3 years! The first time I fucked her was at John's place when he was alive , he used to have a picture of her on the lamp stand by the door as you walked in . She was playmate material when she first hit the street, couldn't believe how nice she looked when I first saw her and picked her up.
