I am kind of a new user here, I signed up a while ago, but not active. I am out on Broad street often at night and sometimes the strip in Kenso. The whole statue leaves a lot open to interpretation. The phase, “Promoting Prostitution,” is meant to be vague and nicely replaces the more specific term, “Pimp.” It would be a lot easier to deny being a Pimp and very difficult for the average person to defend promoting prostitution. Just the fact that most of us believe prostitution should be legalized could be considered promoting prostitution.

(8) soliciting, receiving, or agreeing to receive any benefit for doing or agreeing to do anything forbidden by this subsection.
(I find act#8 particularly disturbing. What constitutes a benefit? Might the exchanging and receiving of information be considered a benefit? Is fair exchange/bartering a benefit to those involved?)

1. I just had to go back to see what was misleading. I checked each photo carefully and saw nothing misleading. There were some UGHs on the floor and as far as I know it was cold on the Avenue.
