Stephanie Luttrell, 31, of Burlington Township was found strangled in Camden on Saturday. Court records show she'd served jail time for shoplifting charges out of Burlington and Camden counties.

When I first heard that a girl had been killed, I was hoping that it was not someone I knew.

There are many Stephanie's, I am not sure if I added the link to her picture correctly. This one was found strangled, it was on the front page of he Burlington County Times yesterday. They have not caught the man who did it as of it.
