Saw the girl on craigslist who advertises as Egyptian Goddess. I saw her once in the past and with her latest ads decided I'd take the plunge again. Location isn't the nicest but I have also seen worse. I have to say though she does offer a really good massage and her prices are quite reasonable. Well, certainly I haven't earned my stripes, but I never contact someone unless I have something that I think is of value for trading.
