Now that had me laughing some much that this impostor had to be brought to the light as the following and that when you visit her, you do at your own risk.

Finally that she is just bad news, a waste of time, and a waste of money.

I was finally able to meet Kloe Starr aka Rachelle. She has dozens of positive reviews on other boards. She communicates nearly exclusively by text.
