While I haven't been to the "ugly yellow house with brown shutters yet", I believe this is I-8. My first clue was that the ads for I-8 and this place (they are now calling themselves "Venus") are nearly identical, right down to the font and hearts. When I called I-8 a while back, I spoke to a receptionist who made it clear she doesn't give rubs, only answers the phone.
