Went by Angel on Hammond this past weekend. Called ahead to ensure that I got Nikki instead of Amanda (since she's all tease and no please). Got there and Nikki showed me to a room. She came back in, we exchanged a few words and she started the usual massage for 5-10 minutes. Then some yacking in Chinese came from the hallway and she stepped out for 2-3 minutes. Word is the old Sapphire is opening back up as a Chinese location. I have no idea about the law either. I always thought HE was considered masurbation for hire. The JC website doesn't say anything about prostitution, only massage violations for both the girl and the owner. So it might just be sensational reporting going on.
