Hit some spots over the last two days. I'll recap those visits in a second but first a rumor that seems to have legs.

I heard independently from 2 sources (both former dancers there) that Deja Vu was reopening the first weekend in April, Friday the 4th specifically. The owner / management is said to be the same or mostly the same. The location is "somewhere near that food store" on Campbellton Road. That meant nothing to me. Maybe someone more familiar with the area (SW ATL) might know that as some sort of meaningful landmark?

Additional details on the setup are sparse. Recall the club started all nude then turned into a bikini bar as it declined prior to its demise. No word on the attire. I did hear they would be open more than just weekends and at more normal hours (not just an after hours joint).

Please do not PM asking for additional details. I am not holding anything back -- I know nothing additional on the topic. If anyone has info I'm certainly interested. For starters an actual address would be nice.

I was encouraged when the second individual confirmed it.

2997 campbellton Road. Hours are 10 til 10 am. The old red headed bartender told me as well as Instagram LOL. 10 bucks before 12, 20 afterwards.

By Oasis this afternoon. Plenty of good looking girls and not a lot of patrons. However, the DJ was cutting the songs short. Girls barely had a chance to take off their clothes before the song was over. Not conducive to lap dances. I left, and complained about it on my way out. I did get a few dances from a beautiful blonde who went by Candy, and was relatively new to the industry. Might have stayed if the DJ wasn't playing 45 second clips of songs!

Oasis day shift has quite a few nice looking young white spinners. The main reason is that they don't have to pay for a permit and many young new girls want to go there to try this business.

On to the trip reports:

- Blaze. Nice time. Nothing new good or bad worth noting other than the Friday nighttime back bar bartender was a complete douche. Wanted to watch the OKC / TOR NBA Game last night & tried to change the UNC Tourney game that was tied with like a minute left. The lack of situational awareness and consideration was poor.

(the rest of these were earlier today / Saturday PM).

- Babes. Pretty dead and what was there was thick. Had a nice talk with the manager. He could see my dissatisfaction with the selection. He indicated he had a couple better ones in the back and he's hurry them along. To his credit they came out a few minutes later and they were solid. Unfortunately neither of them were down for being naughty. I'm sure some of the linebackers were more than willing to accommodate but that wasn't of interest.

- Fannies and Riley's. Just because I was there. Walked in, took a lap & left. It was worse than the Clermont Lounge without all the Hipster Cool / Celebrity Hangout Factor.

- Club Wax. Tried to get me to pay a cover of $5 and left. The bar was not crowded. I left on principle not because I didn't have $5 in my pocket.

- Foxy Lady. Was planning to give this the pop the head in the door and bounce down to Blaze but I'll give credit where credit is due. Several real good looking ones including sisters (real sisters, they literally showed me family pics, if it was an act it was a good one). Per normal they were all down for whatever. None of this good girl act. Of course there were also the regular stripper equivalents of an 88 Chevy Caprice with all the miles but hey who cares. Politely tell them not interested and they move on. Best I've seen this place (talent-wise) in at least 5 years. Never even bothered to venture down to Blaze.

Follies will be slammed after 5, most likely; it could even be "standing room only".

If at all possible, try to get there earlier; otherwise, you might try Shooter Alley further north up Buford Hwy (if you like ebony spinner types).

It's pretty much ALL black. When I was there a couple of weeks ago (day shift) there were a number of hot black spinners. While it could have been an anomaly, they did all seem like girls who are working there for a bit (meaning they should still be around).

I went in there a few months ago on a Sunday afternoon. Small and about 6-8 black dancers working. No sign of any others. Before I got a drink I asked an older white guy if there any white girls and he said nope. All black and occasionally a darker skinned Latina. He said if you want white you have to go to Follies or Pink Pony. I left without getting a beer and went to Follies.

Mostly black dancers fr what I've seen. Place has gone downhill ever since that wrestler was killed there though a few years back.

Went in recently in the late weekday afternoon...Saw a dancer there from a previous visit who was just hot. I couldn't help myself that day and we went to VIP for an hour...had a great time. She is very very nice and very friendly...and she's cool to talk to. There was also a new attractive girl that was super-mixed, blonde hair, good body, beautiful, and friendly...would love to spend some time with her in the future. Again, from a value standpoint, if you go during daytime, they have small pitchers for $8..still the best value for beer in any club in atl. As for the VIP, it can be pricey, but with the right girl, its worth it.

Hey all, I'll be traveling to ATL for the first time in a few days and was hoping to hit up Follie's for some day shift action. My schedule right now won't have me there until 5 or 6 in the evening on a Wednesday or Thursday. Is that too late in the day? I'm trying to avoid the night time crowds.

What's the good word. Been absent for a minute as I called myself trying to "get my life together." Which meant cutting out the strip clubs, escorts, massage parlors, etc. You know what I found...I had a little extra money in my pocket and...that's pretty much it. No seeing the world thru different eyes, no redoubled dedication to the SO, no nothing. So anyways, I fell off the wagon today and found myself at Follies for "just a taste." I knew I was slipping back into my old ways so as I sat in the parking lot about to go in, I made sure to only leave $150 in my wallet. Anyways, I scoped out the new talent and I'm definitely liking the variety they've got. Saw two asian girls I've never seen and a couple of banging hispanic chicks, one of that I got a couple of dances from. I'm trying and failing to remember her name, but she had some wonderfully nice looking bolt-ons, a black fishnet outfit and was very hands-on during her dances. Had no problem with me petting the kitty, but she kept doing the this weird thing of playing with my ears and putting her finger in my ear. Wasn't sure what was up with that. I dropped all notions of new talent and settled in a nice couch ride with her. I've gotten dances from her in the past and I don't know if it was because it was her birthday or what, but this go round was outstanding. Was glad I left the extra cash in the car because one more dance / drink / ear nibble and we'd have been back in VIP behind the beaded curtains. Has anyone taken her back to VIP before? From what I could tell during our dances, the pussy was definitely looking unused for the day, so if anyone can give me a heads-up on her VIP performances and let me know whether it'd be worth the trouble, I'd be much obliged. All-in-all, I must say falling off the wagon is pretty fucking fantastic. Don't think I realized how all the lies and bullshit these girls whisper in your ear actually make you feel better. Now if I could only get the SO to act that way, I'd be all set.

Parking: Valet and free both: Pink Pony, Mardi Gras, Oasis. Valet onlyL Cheetah, Main Stage, Follies, Tattletale.

Cover: 10 after 7 usually.

Laid back atmosphere and friendliness of the girls: Oasis, Main Stage, Follies, Mardi Gras, Pink Pony, Tattletale, Cheetah.

Extras in house: Follies, Oasis, Tattletale, Mardi Gras, Pink Pony, Cheetah, Main Stage.

Take out: depending on the situation, all.

My overall rating (I am not an extra guy) of the place at night I like to get a drink in, I don't like the all black dancers situation and I usually go at night: Oasis, Pink Pony, Tattletale, Mardi Gras, Cheetah, Follies and Mainstage.

I am sure everybody will yell at me. But as I said, I go at night, not all blacks, and I don't need extras, just looking at eye candies and spending time partying with the girls.
