Also I know guys like to talk about there conquests at the various Mp's but don't you think we should keep it to ourselves as these reports are monitored by Le and soon I am sure the latest MP that has sprung up will be frequented by an undercover and we will be back to square one. Happened in Burlington and Woburn. Whether you are found guilty or not you loose and they will do whatever they can to expose and embarass you in the eyes of the public.

This was done a few years back in another town where LEO started answering a girls phone and nabbed a few unsuspecting hobbyists. They got two girls and a big number of guys that called the phones. I'm surprised as well. I can't find anything in the Enterprise about it so it would appear someone has some specific knowledge possibly obtained from one of the girls themselves. Additionally are we to assume this involved backpage stings involving LE contacting published BP ads in the Brockton area? I spoke to a Brockton SW yesterday and she hadn't heard of anything involving the street girls. It is certainly a time for added caution on our part in Brockton.

I don't know anything about warrants for info on the phones but I do know they can and will answer the phones. This was done a few years ago in a town on the south shore. I wish I could remember the name of the town. They nabbed two girls and a number of unsuspecting hobbyists over a short period of time. Whats this about new laws aimed at "johns"? Definitely not worth losing sleep over. Is it worth being a little extra cautious when making a date with our favorite or not so favorite Brockton piece? Of course.

Even if they don't commandeer the phones, knowing that there 'may' be something going down is worth noting. For example, I've made plenty of dates (with girls I've seen) just by text. Will I do that in be this week or the next? No.

As of now LE must give them back (unless it's stolen property), not looking to debate the issue or start shit storm of debate by others, but if you look at the source it's a BP post & I don't know how much validity that carries for anyone but it means very little to me.

The NSA probably already knows the contents of all our phones anyways!

I have been arrested, I did get it thrown out, & I guess they know who I am, (they probably did before I was arrested).

Yet I monger on, troll the streets & pick-up girls, see escorts, UTR girls, CLCE women etc.

Whether one is known or unknown to LE you still have to live your daily life.

I can tell you for a fact that they will use arrested girls' phones to try to entrap. Twice I have gotten text messages on my monger phone from girls who I later found out were arrested and it was Uncle LEO texting. The first time was so obviously not the girl I knew texting, and I ignored it. The second time a few years later they were much more subtle, but when I called they wouldn't answer, so I didn't bite. Both times I changed monger phones after it happened.

Smart girls will have passwords on their phones to hinder such activity (among other things). Uncle LEO does have access to devices they can hook up to the phone to download contacts, text, recent calls, pictures, etc. But so far as I know, they aren't in common use around here.

Now you may be able to get an arrest thrown out, but you still got arrested, they know who you are now, so they still win.
