Pretty much more, but I am not sure if it depends on the person and she likes you. Been a few times and have left happy. The massage was so so, but that's not what I went for.

Yes, $40-60 is reasonable for a tip. If you're looking to save some money, she also offers a half-hour appointment ($40). In my experience, the 30 minutes experience is just as good.
