Bear in mind that Playboy is a 60+ year old magazine, so "been in Playboy" doesn't necessarily mean "young hottie". I still see the occasional woman advertising that she's an ex-Playboy club bunny, and often it's true; the last of those clubs closed in the early 80's, though.

Playboy also has a ton of side magazines, like "College Girls", and so on; she was probably in one of those (if at all). I've known a ton of girls over the years who appeared in Playboy, Penthouse, Hustler, etc, but the "Playboy" girls were usually in "College Girls"; I know there's a frequent path from The Cheetah to "Playboy's College Girls", and I've known many Cheetah girls who appeared there (they're the least-tattooed strippers, hence can pass as "college girls" I suppose).
