Ok, I'll make this short. I'm looking for a UTR provider, or even a reliable Posted provider in North Cinci / south Dayton (west Chester to Middletown Ideal). I prefer Petite spinners to average. Prefer younger (20's). MUST provide good services. Available mornings to early afternoon.

The reference thing seems to be something that rarely, if ever happens either. I have not heard of anyone actually being charged that rate, but a few may have. Overall, the standard rate is the rate listed on here and other review sites.

I believe he gives lower rates to USA members. The other sites have higher rates due to being more public ads.
