Did you ever visit the one that was operated by a PG county police officer? It was in White Oak for a while in one of the business parks near the shopping center. The City Paper in DC had a lot of Latina Ho houses posted in the Adult Classified section in the early 2000's. I visited many of them back in the day, one was named the Latin Palice. Probably just a coincidence and had no affiliation to the one you are speaking of. They were usually 50 for 15 or 20 min. You could pay more for two girls or more time. The locations were all over, white oak in silver spring, Arlington VA, Florida ave in DC and University BLVD near Maryland college. The Wayback Machine last recorded them in '04. The lower-end operation continued for another year or two, but it was entirely gone by '06.
