Driving past Millington the other night, I saw two hot WSW. One with jet black hair I've seen before on W / W. So I assumed they were not decoys, even though they were obviously awaiting a pick up. I'm not suggesting you let your guard down. I'm saying that exercising even a modicum of caution is sufficient to stay way ahead of the game. And in all fairness, perhaps prostitution is not illegal in this man's homeland; even so, that's a lame excuse for his clumsiness IMO.

I saw something similar recently. I saw a skinny asain guy in hand cuffs on South cole st. There were two cops cars facing each other in the middle of the street blocking a grey Dodge Ram pickup with the driver side door open. I assumed the pickup belonged to the Asian guy. I hung at the's for a while and I noticed a grey Dodge pickup parked on cole at when I left. There was some one sitting in it and looking staight ahead. I don't know if it was the same Dodge truck cause the cop was looking into my face earlier and laughing as I drove by and I was trying to avoid eye contact and keep it moving.
