The girl probably said "nuisance list", especially if she did not want to be seen by the po-po (police for the neophytes in the crowd).

You can be pretty sure Baltimore PD knows all the street girls by face and name, or at least the ones who have been working more than a few months.

If they have any kind of camera network, vice would also be watching that for suspicious behavior. Both from patrons and from providers.

I was pulled and question one night (not in Baltimore, somewhere a little further south) for giving a "known prostitute" a ride. To the store.

Luckily I wasn't on the prowl, I actually stopped to give the chick a ride. As it was the town where I lived, and I knew one of the officers who pulled me. Maybe they were looking out for my "safety" *LOL*.

The same way they can pull someone for circling the block (loitering in an area under suspicion of patronizing a prostitute), they can also arrest the girls for loitering.

Just my 2 cents. Stay safe. I've enjoyed Baltimore during my visits in the past. Don't get there very often now, but I do live vicariously through all the regulars here.

It would make sense if she is on some kind of probation .
