Been watching in the background. Smithwick, Velasco agreed. While I'll never go the service route (I have good reason to protect my identity), you also get what you pay for. Screw these $40 girls and QVs. All of us have done this long enough and often enough to know if it walks and talks like a duck, it's a a motherfuckin' duck. While backpage itself isn't the exact problem, it's where you can always find the lowest common denominator and these problems. It's a crutch for a quick fix for guys and girls alike. RaleighConnect should have backed out at the knowledge of Americas Best Value. I realize people are trying to save a buck and get a quick nut. Just remember it's a high risk game you play when you toy with these types of prossy's. Is it that important to STAY if the situation is already bad? I am not surprised that he didn't leave. Many guys encounter a bad situation and know it's going to be bad but they try to be captain save a ho anyway.

What are you expecting when you drop 60? You surely cannot expect the best you ever had.

Not to be the contrarian, but there are good finds at sixty per hour. Tyra Sweet, he finest looking black girl I've been with so far, was working out of a cheap hotel in Durham and charging sixty. I TOFTT often and will always provide my feedback for the greater good!! I just need to get a little smarter and learn to get while the getting is good... Don't beat yourself up. Every man who has meat between their legs have at least once in his life gotten themselves in crazy situations because of listening to their little head. I know I have let my little buddy lead me astray more than once. Especially if it was alcohol fueled.

I for one appreciate your comments and this board. There are a lot of choices in Raleigh, and we're lucky in my opinion.

I think hunting has risks no matter how you slice it. You could do everything right, drop $ or even more and have a lousy time with a lame girl who thinks she's worth that. I've dreamed of several of those locations listed as no go's, and had some of the best times I can think of. But as a rule, a few of those places are dicier than others. The key is to walk away if it's not the girl in the pic, and scope out the area. Trust your gut and don't mention anything specific. In my many years of mongering, most rooms are dark for the most part. It's just the nature of these ladies and the biz. You can have a great time with that lucky strike on BP for sure. Just be cautious and watch for weird signs.

Locations to avoid: Americas Best Value, Extended Stay America, Econo Lodge, Days Inn, etc etc. You get the picture. If a girl I visit is not at the Marriott, Hyatt, Embassy suites and so forth, you can forget it. I'm declining the visit.

There were several warning signs that RaleighConnect ignored, mistakes that many will repeat again and again.

- She sounded strung out on the phone.

- She opened the door, the room was dark (Why one would even step into a dark room is beyond me). RaleighConnect, please tell us why you decided to step into a dark room. For all you know a dude could have been standing behind the door with a baseball bat.

- She comes back from the bathroom, it is immediately clear she is not the person in the pics, and he still stayed.
