You make a very reasonable point. But let's be honest: there's not a lot of other options out there that are easily accessible. The 2 or so remaining higher-end services are time consuming to set up, require a verification process that some don't feel comfortable with (references from two providers? What? I don't have personal relations with providers). Then there's the cost. We're talking $$ and up. I'm sure having the peace of mind is great, but it's not always in the cards to set aside half a day or more to make the deal and spend a full hour and a good deal of money. I know you get what you pay for, but just trying to point out the reason the roll of the dice happens.

If you have any particular service recommendations, please give us some details and tells us any info that may help out. I'm sure everyone here wants to support legit services with minimal risk if they can jump the hurdles.

That's kind of how I feel. If the advice is to stay away from BP, what is the point of having or posting in a forum explicitly for BP? Two of the best experiences I've had were from individuals who posted on BP.- one who was touring from Chicago, and another that is local, but also tours to other areas. Neither was low budget, by the way. By the same token, I've used a high-end reputable service, and not been completely thrilled with the experience (not that she was bad.- just not all that great considering the service and cost).

However, to the point, I the majority of advertisers I avoid completely on BP. I think most everyone operates that way.

As for the sleuthing / checking.- I think it just makes good sense. I use every review method at my disposal. SouthernGuys results helped me find a set of reviews I would have otherwise probably never found. That in turn helps in setting expections and knowing much more about the services offered. There is also the aspect of those who are more new to the process or "hobby". I think it's a learning experience for both the provider and client.

I've found this forum particularly useful.- not only in posted reviews, but also in terms of the other information shared.

You could go with reputable sources that are verified good dates, real photos and so forth, but what do I know? I have avoided this problem and guess what, I don't have to go through the extra steps to make a decision. In my opinion, time is money. When you spend a lot of time dealing with having to research, look around, check this, check that, Google the phone number, etc. Etc. Etc. You've already wasted precious time in which you could have went ahead and secured a sure thing. Put a stop to this BS and just quit dealing with low budget liars and frauds. Till they become solid business minded individuals that want to legitimately provide a service, represent themselves appropriately, Don't friggin do business with them! Would you do business with a shady / sketchy car dealer? Probably not. Get with the program guys. You are putting yourself at substantial risk by rolling the dice on these BP providers.

I had a dream with this young girl Isabella.

At the risk of sounding like a dick I think it's time we start a new thread for fake pics since this thread should be primary geared towards reviews or at least a "healthy" discussion of backpage providers. If we do go with a new thread please don't just link to the ad, actually post one or more of the images, the date of the ad and if possible an actual description of the provider.

Any opinions?

The first Jasmine ad, now she goes by Casey. In the link below she had a GA phone number in August 2012 and if you consider over a year on BP and still new, then her current statement would be correct. One review stated, she does have rules so not full GFE and another review said, YMMV but if you like them young and skinny will likely be good with the experience. Found a total of 5 reviews, first one is April 2012 last one in June 2013. At least the pics are real.

I've been hitting the AMP's and the bookstores for a while now but I'm ready to step it up to the BP ladies. One thing I never hear about is the, how to put it, appearance of the kitties.
