Lately I have run into a few providers whom it is hard to pin down on whether they do BBBJCIM or not. The issue comes up when they write afterward wanting a review from me. When I point out that they did not do BBBJCIM, they get defensive and maintain that I didn't ask for it, when in my mind I did. Some want the favorable review even if they never perform BBBJCIM, but they don't want it written that they don't provide it. Therein lies the rub.
