You all ought to shoot some photos's or video of these women or men you suspect are LEO. It's legal as long as you don't record audio. There are a limited number of OSCO or OPD people who work this area. As far as MBI they are limited to ongoing enterprises and mostly work the AMPs, fun houses, and organized activities involving larger numbers of operators. If the admin will allow me, I can post dozens of photos of these people.
