When I got my CDL my trucking school used Wilkens Ave, up Fulton, and back down Monroe as part of the roads used for training. I have personally known a couple of mongers who drive their rigs with 53', 102" trailers up there and pick up SW's. Just find a place to park and wait for them to come to you!
