Can you elaborate on not GFE. I've noticed a lot of SPs have been raising their prices but IIRC her's has always been towards the higher end in the area. I can't fathom paying $$ and not getting GFE or at least 90% there (meaning the only things off the table should be greek and dfk).

For the newbies, never pay in advance, ever!

Put the agreed amount, already counted out, in your shirt pocket. Leave the rest of your money hidden in your car. If you like to tip for good service (I never do, but I will repeat the visit at a later date), put that amount in another pocket for after the session.
