Visited this new place a couple days ago, it just opened last week. It's located in an office park in 7 corners.

Mamasan greeted when I rang the bell and escorted me in. Nice facility, very spacious and seemed clean. I can't remember my therapists name, but she was the usual K-lady, late 50's, but she looked better than most for her age. $0.7 was collected for the hour, I was told they were running a $10 off special. I was also told "no shower ok?" upfront, which I thought was strange since their ad says TS is available.

My therapists was pretty friendly and playful. She worked the whole body, not the most skilled massage, but I have to say that I really felt she put effort into trying to make it an enjoyable massage. Pretty good end to my therapy, and I went roaming north and south of the beltway. Seniors may PM for more details.

Ok experience, will I be back? Hmm, probably not, there are always more places to explore. But it wasn't a bad experience at all.

Thought I would try a NOVA AMP, something I have not done in a while. As in area, tried Swan in Sterling. Drew Cindy, very cute. So far so good.

Started to go down hill after that. Since when do places charge for table shower? Should have left them but she was cute. Shower was nice as Cindy has a nice touch and she properly cleaned all areas.

Back to room for massage and gave a medium massage for a while and then went to feather touch. After flip she pointed to a certain area asking if needed special attention. When I nodded yes, she asked for money up front. This is when it all ended. Wanted $80 for typical NOVA. Would not budge from price. At that point I walked out.

Will never frequent a NOVA AMP again.

There use to be a fairly decent looking lady there who would do some crazy shit for $40. Sadly she left a few months ago.

Oldtimeamplvr, they wanted you to pay for a table shower? That's outrageous. The $80 entrance fee should automatically include the table shower and massage, if nothing else. Also you would think that the girls would be happy to do a table shower because it lessen the chances of the transference of germs and bacteria to themselves.

You were absolutely correct on walking away from the standard Nova for $80. That's outrageous as well. Some guys will pay that much because of their pent up sexual tension and they need the release badly. I would have walked out also. Sometimes you really get tired of AMPs trying to nickel and dime your pocket. With enough guys walking out like you did, maybe the AMPs will get the message. I know that most AMPs read this particular forum. Kudos to you Oldtimeamplvr.

I have visited this particular AMP and it's a Chinese place. Typical $60/ hr for no shower. They charge you extra for a table shower (I think 20 more). So it's pretty much the same as going to a Korean place and paying the 80/ hour with table shower.

I'm not at all surprised the AMPs, Korean or Chinese, will try to see if you are dumb enough to agree to pay 80 for standard Nova services. They probably have other mongers willing to fork over that kind of money for little service.

I don't know why guys keep going to Swan Massage in sterling and Ashburn. I have recieved terrible service at both locations (I keep going because the sterling one is close to my work and Ashburn one is cloe to my house ... In case you were wondering) My experences were very simular to the above post Terrible service. Bad attitude.

Beg to differ. Swan in Sterling is Chinese, I believe. The entrance fee is 60 for the hour. Most places I've been to that charge like that don't include the TS. I might have had Cindy at some time, if so, I just paid for the massage and left a tip for that. Other times I've had the most unexpected sessions and it was like old times. It's all the toss of the coin. You pays your money and takes your chances. Please don't ask for names. I don't share that kind of info.

Her and two other providers work out of the same house. You can easily find the other two by comparing the ads and location. I posted a report on one of the other girls in the backpage thread. TOFTT and went back trying to get extras and it wasn't happening, so I won't be back.

I stopped by blue today. There's not much for the renovations, and it's under new mgt. Standard rates, standard service, and I would rate this as average to barely above average service.

So paid a visit to Capital. Usually see Jenni, used to see Eva, and I get Coco, the new Coco. It's a CMP, and Coco is a little thick, hair is bleached, and she has no massage skills. Then she starts the coughing, and it's a deep gurgerly cough, blowing nose a couple times in the 90 minutes. I have to tell her how to massage. She goes right to my weak point, the backdoor, and I splooge right there. So we flip, she cleans up, but then starts trying to get me off again. That's not going to happen, I try to tell her but there seems to be a language barrier. Here's the kicker. While doing a little chest massage, she leans over and kisses me on the lips. I practically gag, and grab for the towel to wipe that disease off. WTF was she thinking, pass her crud to me? Totally grossed out. I hit the bathroom and luckily there's germ / alcohol bottle and I try to kill the bacteria. More good news, another monger comes into front area while I was still in room, I wait to come out ...and they lead him right into my room, and it isn't even cleaned yet!

Scrap this dump from your list. They are giving CMPs a bad name. It's still .1 per minute (normal CMP pricing) and I tipped .4, and also told Jenni that Coco was horrible. I've been chewing Vitamin see all day.

The lady is Korean in 30's, so-so face but nice body. TS for 10 minutes, massage for 15 minutes and standard NOVA ending. Too greedy and expensive. Total damage is 1.5. With that money, I can have better treatment at somewhere else. Will not repeat.

When you go to a legit massage parlor, most therapists I've talked to say they make a percentage of the massage fee + tips. At an AMP, the ladies rely mostly or entirely on tips. From her perspective, she lost at least $10 by taking care of a legit customer when she could have taken care of someone looking for HE massage. My guess is that she expects around $40 from each of her customers (although she may try to get more, as many do). From an exertion point of view, it's probably more difficult to give a longer legit massage than a shorter one with HE. Although it does happen occasionally, she's generally not expecting someone to come in for anything less than a "happy" massage. Of course, she could certainly have handled it better, but your expectations and hers were clearly out of sync.

Personally, I never go into a place I know does HE massage unless that's what I'm looking for. That way there's no chance of having an incident such as you experienced. Besides, other than having the table shower experience (which I understand is a nice extra) most HE places don't give as good a massage as a legit therapist and they're more expensive. I have a list of regular legit therapists I visit when I just need a good massage.

Everyone should bookmark JS's post and send it to newbies who ask questions about tipping. JS is spot-on. If you develop an ATF (someone whom you have gotten to know well over time) likely she will be happy to provide a legit massage with the TS and if she is an ATF, likely you'll meet her expectations for gratuity (and all will be happy). Your difficulty came from the disconnect between what you wanted and what she was expecting to provide. Regrettably I've found no "truly-legit" provider who also has a TS (shame because a good TS is worth the price of admission all on its own). So, like others I have an LMT when what I want is a massage (and if we believe the brother mongers, some LMTs also provide other relief, but I've not met any), and when I want a TS and massage I go to an AMP where my expectations are usually met.

So it was for me last week when I had an appt with my LMT on Monday and an appt with a nearby AMP on Friday. And at both locations, I left happy because all our expectations were met. So it was for me.- but as in all things.

Following up on JS, take a look on Groupon. There are always lots of good deals for legit massage, and some of them are even Asian. Like he said, then you are not going to have an issue if you tip 20 (on top of the Groupon 40).. They'll be happy, and no "beetchiness".
