The only reason the strip club business model works is because dancers are generally desperate and uneducated; it just takes one with her act together to bring the whole thing down.

(The ironic thing is that if a club DID simply pay dancers a salary and benefits (better for the dancers in the long term), no one would dance).

    Trip to Riley's

Went to Riley's Saturday evening and had dances with Cheyenne. Her dances was real good as there was a bit of stick shifting, tits in face and grinding bought her a drink and went to VIP as on my last trip there I promised her I would. Dances was similar to what was on floor but more touching. FYI extras did NOT occur as she told me she didn't have sex before we went back there which yes I was a little disappointed but I didn't want her to think that was all I was there for so we went back and there was more touching than what was on the floor but I didn't pop or anything and she even asked if I had got off I told her no not yet. I do believe she was trying but just didn't happen. Real sweet girl, very cute white girl nice boobs, pierced nipples. Was not crazy about the VIP room as the "curtain" was just flimsy string.

    The Cheetah

I'm not really a strip club type of guy but I stopped by the Cheetah tonight with a few friends. I've read reviews online that said they only did "air dances" with very little contact but there was plenty of grinding on me, tits in my face (and mouth a few times). Was asked if I wanted a trip to a VIP room but wasn't sure if it was worth it. Is it a waste of time or is it as "fun" as the girls tried to tell me?

Now at night / evening which I rarely go there during those times anymore it's a totally different.
I'd have to start off by saying that the daytime at Follies hasnt fallen off at all to me. I prefer avoiding the cover and crowds, by going early. It seems that in most clubs, that the security is more laxed as well.

Visited or stopped by several places in the last 24 hours:

Friday night around 10:30. Dollhouse. Not a great crowd. Paid for parking ($3, 5 w / tip). Had a free pass but wasn't met by anyone at the door (that should NEVER happen and any halfway competently managed club, if only for safety reasons). Normal cover is $10. As I said I wasn't impressed. Place is getting darker & a lot of padding on the ladies of all races. So I took a lap of the club & left.

Tattletale immediately following call it 11. Same parking set up ($3, 5 w / tip). Great crowd. Beautiful women and enough of them that you could get company. I know some guys call this place a regulars bar & it is that way during the day but at night I don't know how you can complain about the selection.

In a previous post (like 3 or so down) I'd mentioned Inferno on the Southside. I decided to give it a shot. Was 3:30 am by the time I got there. The parking lot was nearly empty. Few cars there. I went in. Nobody said boo to me. A couple of employees closing. I took a much needed leak and left. So net they may get something going but at least last night they weren't open late.

As an aside they may be trying to be a late night place but there's nothing discreet about the place. They are in a shopping plaza with a grocery store among other tenants and have a very large bold sign on the front of the place.

After leaving there I hit Rocafellas. Probably 4 ish. That parking lot was buzzing. People all over the place. While I'm sure there was adult activity going on inside the crowd looked more like a regular night club (young, dumb, drunk, ready to fight). The sign on the lot said $10 to park. As a I pulled up the lot attendant said it was $20; all the $10 spots were gone. At this point I'm figuring I'm looking at least $40 to get in and parked probably $50. The cost, the look of the crowd and the fact that I've been underwhelmed the couple times I've been there before I took a pass.

As a note for context, Deja Vu was $5 to park and $10 cover both of which I only got asked to pay about half the time.

Then today (2 pm ish) I happened to be in the area & I popped my head in Shooters Alley. I was pleasantly surprised. No parking fee. No cover. Probably 20 dancers. Not all of them were attractive in fact most weren't but there were several really attractive ones (8+) and the dances (on the floor) were very high contact in the right places. Worth noting they have a really big TV (& other smaller ones) making a good place to watch a game.

Stopped by Foxy Lady (with low expectations but always looking for that gem). They actually did not even live up to my low expectations. Normal slow day shift. No big deal. Well I get a dance from this 5 (she was the Belle of the Ball). Everything is okay until she shakes her pussy in my face. It was not clean. It had a foul odor that was do bad I just cut her off. I just placed a fiver on the table & literally left (again she was the Belle of the Ball there) mid song.

Well of course the next logical stop is Blaze. Make a lap thru. The back was open not busy. Everyone was upstairs. I like the back bar (good to watch games & higher mileage dances). So I took a pass.

Note: FL & Blaze were both no cover / free parking as well.

On my way home I drove by Main Stage on the strength of someone's report here in the last month or so. This is 5:30 pm. It appeared to not be open yet. Only one car in the lot + their courtesy limo which I imagine is stored there. I drove past without stopping.

    Respond privately if more appropriate.

Specifically: is the dancing limited to the "Dymez" or are they recruiting / hiring "semi-pros" like Deja Vu that will give you a good time at a fair price without the burnt out attitude?
I drove past here last night around 3:30 am. I didn't park and get out for a closer peek, but there was only about a dozen cars in the parking lot and it had the appearance of not too much happening from the outside. I do like that parking is plentiful, but right now it looks like its trying to build up thru word of mouth and the BP ad.

I did get to Rocafellas and it was plenty crowded but I'd say about 70% of the girls I had seen before on my last trip 3-4 months ago, so it does not appear that the girls from other spots have really migrated here. And they are trying to really get over on parking fees. I parked at one of the buildings a few properties over. They also reduced the cover to $10. They used to charge $20 if you arrived after 2 am. Not sure if this cover is the new norm or not.

    Oasis

Went in Oasis during day shift this week, met a busty brunette who made it clear to me prior to a lap dance that mutual touch was ok, after a very sultry couple of dances with some stick shifting I asked her back to the VIP. I left a happy gent, and she was fairly savvy to timing things appropriately as the only thing I didn't like was that some dude poked his head in to tell us it was the last song without knocking. Luckily we were cleaned up at this point, but he could have let us know our time was up without bursting in!

    Good looking

There's a spot called The Wet bar on Roosevelt hwy that's an after hours spot on Friday night and have dancers. I will be checking that out.

I used to go to Roca before Deja and Brazilian had opened and it was never really worth it, but I'm going to check it again this Friday. The parking lot is not that big, so if its jumping folks are parking across the street. The thing is this joint is too "bright" for an after hour and the spacing and vibe is all wrong. Also, when I went the last few times, there was a disproportionate amount of chicks wanting $10/ dance, so you need to make you know the damage before you even partake.

    Oasis v. Pink pony

My general feel is based on limited data, is at nights, and would never be considered scientific.

Very simply, the girls can make more money at the pink pony than at oasis. I've had takeout offers from both. My feeling is that it would cost more at pp. If VIP is what you are looking for, my guess is that you can get more at oasis, but it depends on the girl.

Sorry, no names to share at either club. I've been involved with girls at both clubs.

The VIP hustle is pretty common at all clubs with me, but I look like the big ATM, when I am not.

The clubs are Pink Pony in Brookhaven and Oasis off Peachtree Industrial just and. Of 285. A dancer at Pink Pony mentioned that she used to dance at Oasis, which is the common connection.

Pink Pony – I had a chance to visit a few weeks ago during dayshift (about 5 PM), as much to confirm previous reports and to see what the current talent looks like. My first impression is that I can't see why the city of Brookhaven has such an issue with the existence of an established club like Pink Pony. It's off the main drag (Buford Hwy). To the point that you wouldn't see it unless you knew where to look. I park and pay a lame $3 for self-parking during the day, just another hand to feed instead of a dancer. Inside, the typical eye adjustment from daylight to "club light" that takes me about 5 minutes before I can see enough to not run into chairs, etc. First impression is that it is spacious with the light day crowd, multiple stages and a dancer on the back bar top. The dancer talent looks to be a pretty even mix of ethnicities, and mostly younger, thinner than some other clubs. Overall I would give the ladies a 7 on the PR "bangable" scale. I cruise over to the bar with the dancer on top, get a beverage and take in the scene.

On one of the dancer changes on the bar top, a girl is dancing and starts the "twerking" thing with her butt, and could have easily been a coach for Miley Cyrus. Incredible, and from a white girl! I'm minding my business, doing a little stage tipping and get approached by a dancer with the typical "is this your first time at the Pony?" question. I said it was my first time "today" which got a laugh from her a few moments later. We start chatting, she complains about how slow things were that day, "there were only 8 guys in here until about an hour ago, I need to spend time in VIP with a lucky guy", all the typical "club talk" and complaining about not making her tip-out yet, etc. I acted interested in her issues but didn't fall for her comments that I could be the "lucky guy" that takes her to VIP. While listening to her vent, on stage appears a tall, thin early 20's dancer with an incredibly seductive vibe, I think her name was "Amber" (or Autumn? I really can't remember. It turns out that the girl I have been talking to is good friends with this dancer, and suggests that I tip her well, "she's a great friend". Amber gets finished with her set and comes over to join us at the bar. About the same time, a small buffet gets wheeled out and these two girls start moving in that direction and grab a plate of pasta and return to the bar for "chow time" as if it was the first thing they had to eat that day. After this snack, the VIP conversation heats back up but now it is the two of them taking care of me in VIP. Luckily, I had a place to be in Buckhead so I politely thanked them for the offer and mentioned we could do it "next time" I was in the club. As I was walking past the buffet to exit I see a petite brunette with a plate ready for food and a ton of tattoos, and I commented "nice ink" which made her spin around and start talking to me like we were long lost friends with her mentioning "I thought you said my real name, did we meet when I was at Oasis? I took this to mean that "Ryan" had me confused with one of her regulars from when she worked at Oasis, and she was probably familiar enough with this guy that he knew her civilian name or there were "off-campus" activities discussed, I don't know but we continued in conversation anyway. This became a great opportunity to collect some recon on Oasis being that Ryan had worked there, so I ask "I heard that the day shift management at Oasis is pretty strict with VIP, what's it really like? She responded by saying that was not really the case, and that since there is no permit required to dance at Oasis (is that a Brookhaven thing?) "They let anybody dance there" which suggests that the VIP area at Oasis could get interesting. It sounded like it was worth it for this dancer to pay for a permit and dance at the Pink Pony rather than Oasis. Or, her "relative value" was higher at Pink Pony and she might not have to do as much in VIP to earn the same or better $s. On to the next club.

Oasis – Based on the recon from Pink Pony I was able to cruise into Oasis about a week later during day shift. Free parking and admission during the day, big club with a feel that isn't anywhere near the claustrophobia you can feel in some establishments. Average dancer quality I would rank below the 7 "bangable" for Pink Pony, ladies are a little older on average and some are a little heavier than I would consider attractive but there is enough eye candy to keep me happy. A cool beverage at the bar to take in the scene, there must have been 18-20 girls on shift this day, so a big choice depending on your taste. One especially interesting dancer "Lauren" moved like a freak, making her tattoos look like a moving billboard. I was pretty reserved, tipped a few dancers on stage and left after about an hour.

My questions about the clubs really boil down to:

Is the VIP at Oasis really that liberal during day shift, and how about Pink Pony?

Is the Pink Pony more of an Atlanta "destination" so that a dancer would choose to leave another club to pay a permit fee to dance there? And make more?

Was the hustle into VIP at Pink Pony a typical tactic there?

Of the clubs, which is the better source for Take-Out?

I know this is a drawn out review / commentary but I thought it might stir up some comments from other readers. Post them if you have them!

    Stay Safe!
