I have noticed that questions are not welcomed from folks with less than a certain number of posts, what the magic number is I don't know, and don't know if I will be here long enough to find out. I so enjoy the antics though. This place is like a soap opera. Who is lying to who, streetwalkers, 400 lb hookers, whose ads are fake, different names / phone numbers and it seems like you all dislike everyone else. So much so that the administrator had to come up with "Thunderdome" so as not to mess up the forum with all the arguments.

Thus far, I have remained on the fringes of this hobby. I've hit a few strip clubs and massage parlors, but I have never picked up a phone, dialed a number, and arranged a meeting with a provider. The reason is primarily this message board. It seems that when a guy arranges a meeting, it so rarely leads to a satisfying encounter.

Maybe it would be better to save up your money and see a high class provider every few months than see a BackPage darling every couple of weeks.

Last, but not least, those who do nothing but ask questions and never contribute reviews, even if they have many posts, are viewed with suspicion, especially after last year's busts and continuing sporadic LE actions. What I'll never understand is why the guys take the time and energy to engage though. I get why they might not want to share info without douchebags given the legal status of the hobby up there, but why waste the time yelling at them.

Also posts asking questions that have already been thoroughly answered in the forum are not generally welcomed with glee. As my title says, I am new around here and also fairly new to the hobby. I have only been to see three providers and am probably considered one of the lowlife non contributors that are scorned around here. My purpose for joining was to try and avoid the pitfalls of a non wisened country guy putting himself in an urban environment at the wrong place and time with a pocket full of money. Also to find a girl or place to visit now and then when I have a few extra dollars and am so inclined to partake in some young (<45 is young to me) female company without any "complications".
