Maybe I'm wrong but these "brand new" posters yelling in the streets, all of sudden, about how great a provider is, is probably the provider themselves utilizing some basic marketing. Can't blame her. Maybe someone will bite. Doesn't change what all the other providers are doing though. Newbies.
