Posts: 881Central station is closed? That is a surprise, as that was just a regular bar, albeit overcrowded.

The parking lot is not that big, so if its jumping folks are parking across the street. The thing is this joint is too "bright" for an after hour and the spacing and vibe is all wrong. Also, when I went the last few times, there was a disproportionate amount of chicks wanting $10/ dance, so you need to make you know the damage before you even partake.

Ok so after chatting with a few fellas who frequent the strip clubs one question popped up. They closed down Central Station (non strip club), Deja Vu, and The Brazillian. All of those customers and strippers (most probably without a liscence) are not just at home chilling on the couch when there is fun to be had and money to be made. So after the order of elimination a conclusion is made: Rocafellas has to be the new spot where these chicks are migrating because its the last after hours spot beside the cave if I'm not mistaken. And Friday night they were packed in the parking lot before 12 which is not normal. I see the redheaded black bartender from Dejavu migrated over there a while back (found out from Instagram). I'm going to have to go find out myself what's up.

Galtor, Tattletale is mostly a VIP room type of club. Unless you are a regular, the girls are mostly interested to go to VIP. Sometimes it is hard to get girls to dance or to spend some time with you on the floor. Cheetah is great for table dances, especially if you like them to dance on top of your table. They have lights on the table so that you can see better. Best club for table top dancing. If the dancer dances on the floor, mostly air dances.

Posts: 651Follies is still like the old Follies ... But only during the daytimes. I was there earlier this week and on the day I went it was like 90% white (maybe not quite 90% since some of those girls were likely Latin) but there were less black dancers than the last time I went. Now at night / evening which I rarely go there during those times anymore it's a totally different.

Posts: 49Oasis, Pink Pony still strong in the white / mixed club arena
So if you are into the mixed clubs (brazilian, black, asian, white), Oasis has become king. And the VIP are pricey but awesome if you get the right person at the right time. Pink Pony has remained steady but still only does air dances; mostly gets busy after 11 pm. Tattletales, I don't know the codes to get VIP so it only seems like a bar. Follies has become less mixed but still an OK time. Cheetah is good for watching, not much for dances or VIP.

Posts: 148A Tale of Two Clubs Pink Pony and Oasis
I had the chance to visit two clubs in the ATL area recently, thought I would give a commentary / review and ask a few questions about both establishments. The clubs are Pink Pony in Brookhaven and Oasis off Peachtree Industrial just and. Of 285. A dancer at Pink Pony mentioned that she used to dance at Oasis, which is the common connection.
Pink Pony – I had a chance to visit a few weeks ago during dayshift (about 5 PM), as much to confirm previous reports and to see what the current talent looks like. My first impression is that I can't see why the city of Brookhaven has such an issue with the existence of an established club like Pink Pony. It's off the main drag (Buford Hwy). To the point that you wouldn't see it unless you knew where to look. I park and pay a lame $3 for self-parking during the day, just another hand to feed instead of a dancer. Inside, the typical eye adjustment from daylight to "club light" that takes me about 5 minutes before I can see enough to not run into chairs, etc. First impression is that it is spacious with the light day crowd, multiple stages and a dancer on the back bar top. The dancer talent looks to be a pretty even mix of ethnicities, and mostly younger, thinner than some other clubs. Overall I would give the ladies a 7 on the PR "bangable" scale. I cruise over to the bar with the dancer on top, get a beverage and take in the scene.
On one of the dancer changes on the bar top, a girl is dancing and starts the "twerking" thing with her butt, and could have easily been a coach for Miley Cyrus. Incredible, and from a white girl! I'm minding my business, doing a little stage tipping and get approached by a dancer with the typical "is this your first time at the Pony?" question. I said it was my first time "today" which got a laugh from her a few moments later. We start chatting, she complains about how slow things were that day, "there were only 8 guys in here until about an hour ago, I need to spend time in VIP with a lucky guy", all the typical "club talk" and complaining about not making her tip-out yet, etc. I acted interested in her issues but didn't fall for her comments that I could be the "lucky guy" that takes her to VIP. While listening to her vent, on stage appears a tall, thin early 20's dancer with an incredibly seductive vibe, I think her name was "Amber" (or Autumn? I really can't remember. It turns out that the girl I have been talking to is good friends with this dancer, and suggests that I tip her well, "she's a great friend". Amber gets finished with her set and comes over to join us at the bar. About the same time, a small buffet gets wheeled out and these two girls start moving in that direction and grab a plate of pasta and return to the bar for "chow time" as if it was the first thing they had to eat that day. After this snack, the VIP conversation heats back up but now it is the two of them taking care of me in VIP. Luckily, I had a place to be in Buckhead so I politely thanked them for the offer and mentioned we could do it "next time" I was in the club. As I was walking past the buffet to exit I see a petite brunette with a plate ready for food and a ton of tattoos, and I commented "nice ink" which made her spin around and start talking to me like we were long lost friends with her mentioning "I thought you said my real name, did we meet when I was at Oasis? I took this to mean that "Ryan" had me confused with one of her regulars from when she worked at Oasis, and she was probably familiar enough with this guy that he knew her civilian name or there were "off-campus" activities discussed, I don't know but we continued in conversation anyway. This became a great opportunity to collect some recon on Oasis being that Ryan had worked there, so I ask "I heard that the day shift management at Oasis is pretty strict with VIP, what's it really like? She responded by saying that was not really the case, and that since there is no permit required to dance at Oasis (is that a Brookhaven thing?) "They let anybody dance there" which suggests that the VIP area at Oasis could get interesting. It sounded like it was worth it for this dancer to pay for a permit and dance at the Pink Pony rather than Oasis. Or, her "relative value" was higher at Pink Pony and she might not have to do as much in VIP to earn the same or better $s. On to the next club.
Oasis – Based on the recon from Pink Pony I was able to cruise into Oasis about a week later during day shift. Free parking and admission during the day, big club with a feel that isn't anywhere near the claustrophobia you can feel in some establishments. Average dancer quality I would rank below the 7 "bangable" for Pink Pony, ladies are a little older on average and some are a little heavier than I would consider attractive but there is enough eye candy to keep me happy. A cool beverage at the bar to take in the scene, there must have been 18-20 girls on shift this day, so a big choice depending on your taste. One especially interesting dancer "Lauren" moved like a freak, making her tattoos look like a moving billboard. I was pretty reserved, tipped a few dancers on stage and left after about an hour.
My questions about the clubs really boil down to:
Is the VIP at Oasis really that liberal during day shift, and how about Pink Pony?
Is the Pink Pony more of an Atlanta "destination" so that a dancer would choose to leave another club to pay a permit fee to dance there? And make more?
Was the hustle into VIP at Pink Pony a typical tactic there?
Of the clubs, which is the better source for Take-Out?
I know this is a drawn out review / commentary but I thought it might stir up some comments from other readers. Post them if you have them!
Stay Safe!

Posts: 1367We were talking about this when it happened last month. I'm not sure but I think this place is still open unless they really shut it down.

http://www.cbsatlanta.com/story/2334...ting-illegally
It is too bad. If such a club is licensed in Atlanta, it could be very popular because all the strip clubs have to close when the clubs are most busy. What happens to the after hour club across from goldrush in Metro?

Don't waste time to go to TT in the daytime. For daytime, Cheetah and Pink Pony are better, still not as good as night shift.

Sounds like my kind of ladies and will have to check it out! $10 cover sucks. What do lap dances run and what is the level of touching?

Pin Ups has made changes again. The 2nd bar area is closed, and the area to the left where you walk in is open for 10 bucks only. The area to the left is grweat for more provocative dances. Its dark and security hardly EVER comes back there. Its a mini VIP with the right girl. So, I went in before the dorr charge, paid 10 bucks to go into the back and had a grat time with some regulars of mine. I left with weak knees.

Posts: 13634OK, thanks. Was looking for some intel from someone who has been there. If the girls are young and inexperienced, sounds like there could be some good takeout possibilities.
