Thanks for the advice guys. She sent another message today asking if I was coming by to drop something off for her. Decided that I'm going to mail her a $50 gift card in the mail. Wasn't the $300 she was looking for but a bit of good faith and well see if I can get the $100 date in the future. She's played this game before. I haven't.

Brand new to the game but have read through the majority of the thread.

Met a 19 year old HCB this week for a M&G which turned into a lunch date.

Went on a second date the following day proceeded to some making out, a little tittie action and her giving me a lame HJ and then her watching me finish it. Terms of the arrangement haven't been discussed thus far and no sugar exchanged as I didn't see any services rendered.

Today I get some messages asking for $300 for an expense she has. I decline and say that I'm prepared to pay her a $100 a date once our relationship progresses to the next level. I do some real estate investing and have often wondered about the business model of buying condo or townhouse (I'm from Atlanta and there's tons still available at foreclosure prices) and then finding a bunch of sugar daddies to use as an FC. The "rent" would be much less than a hotel and there would be no paper trail except Paypal statements. The things I haven't worked out in my mind are schedule and access management, keeping the place clean and neighbor problems with people traffic.

Maybe a lockbox with the key that I can change the access code to every month.

Maid service once a week to do laundry and the SD is responsible for changing the sheets and towels and cleaning up after themselves (kind of iffy).

Maybe a little ranch house instead, but more difficult to find in the desired price range in a nice neighborhood in Atlanta.

There was a movie in the 60's about 4 guys sharing an apartment and a girl... Trying to remember the name of it. One of those sex comedy romps, with no sex, popular at the time.

I have a 2 BR house which rents for $650 / month. I'm not sure what the utilities are costing the tenants but call the monthly expense $1000 including occasional maid service. That breaks down to $33 / day. A 3 Star Notel I use for my ATF costs $50 with plenty of privacy, an owner who looks the other way when pocketing the cash, and we walk out with the bed a mess. I don't see a big advantage unless the per diem cost is a lot lower.

Lots of home locks now are key-pad or blue-tooth based and keep an audit trail. Looks better than a lock-box, and you can determine who the last SD was that didn't clean-up.

Perhaps take bitcoin rather than paypal. Less of a trail if the SD has kept his bitcoin wallet "clean".

The difficult part in your proposal is vetting the SD's.but otherwise I like it! .

Had an arrangement like that with some buddies. They would use it to meet up for poker games, watching sports together, and fucking young mistresses and MILFS (I assume). That was before it was so easy to track everything and get caught. Those were the fucking days (pun intended)!
