In practice Tantric providers who really adhere to tantric teachings will have you focus on and practice breathing exercises / techniques during the massage to heighten the sensations (you can choose to believe it has special tantric effects or just heightens oxygen in take. Or say it has no affect or perhaps is psychological). The massage tends to be more sensual and usually will include some level edging taking you to the edge and backing off several times and likely some sort of prostate massage (externally or likely internally), but again each provider could be different. I have seen tantric providers who then will offer or even desire to extend to oral but plenty (majority?) do not. And I certainly have read reviews of providers who offer FS as well. I had many years ago been with a tantric provider who usually only offers massage but I has seen her a few times and we both felt it so went all the way but this seemed like a special because she wanted to not a regular service.
A good tantric massage can be an incredible release. Don't assume FS and I would suggest if you are looking for this. You likely arent really looking for a tantric experience. BJ is not really common but there are providers who include or offer it. The trick is I think some providers list tantra in an ad and really don't do much other than give you a lame HJ. Check reviews if you can obviously. Seems similar to the handful of ads I have seen lately for Nuru but the reviews I see on the OThER site say it was basically a quickie with FS. No special nuru or other massage.
Alas I have no recommendations for tantra in the area. I have gotten such massages in the past on business trips in NY or LA finding providers on one of the goddess web sites.
